training in the beginning.
What we need is at least good knowledge of the
English-language (reading,listening,writing).
It would be perfect if some of them have some German as well.

* Product development and cooperation within certain (customers) projects
* Assume project responsibility and communicate with the customer
* Face up with new technologies and software architectures

* Knowledge with at least one of the following Microsoft products: .NET 3.5/4.0, SharePoint, SQL Server, IIS, Silverlight, WPF, BizTalk
