Full Professor Position for Games Engineering / Immersive Games at the HCI Group Würzburg

The HCI Group at Würzburg in Germany currently has an open full professor position:

The professorship will be in the area of Games Engineering with a specific focus of immersive games. The HCI group starts a new games engineering program starting fall 2016 and the position is assigned to complement the existing staff and expertise of our group to run this program.

Base salaries usually are complemented with a competetive bonus depending on the candidates qualification. Additional German civil service amenities apply.

Potential candidates will have to have a PhD in computer science or a comparable degree and should either habe a habilitation or have a good research record, preferably of at least two years after their PhD to qualify as a so-called habilitation equivalent. Teaching experience is desirable.
